Nivy created traction and promoted their food hall through their “Happy hour in the food hall” rewards.

Nivy wanted to give the Food Hall a communication umbrella and to promote the great opportunities to have dinner at Nivy.

They did this by running a 1 month campaign where they gave out small discounts and extra freebies as rewards when customers bought dinner at the food hall. These rewards could be redeemed after 5pm.

The rewards were a success and they’ve achieved

Throughout the 1 month long campaign, Nivy tested a creative for their app install campaign. Even though they didn’t intend to acquire new users, they ended up with 589 new install at a cost of 1 EUR per install.
